TK Asset Management has acquired two office properties in Helsinki together with a group of private investors. The seller is Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund, a German open-ended real estate fund managed by Schroders Capital.
The properties are located at Mannerheimintie 105 and Eliel Saarisen tie 2 and comprise a total lettable area of approximately 11,000 m². Both are multi-tenant office properties certified BREEAM In-Use at Very Good level and are situated on freehold sites.
Mannerheimintie 105 was completed in 2007 and comprises approximately 5,500 m² across seven floors. The property has 140 parking spaces. Its tenant base includes Aican, Bluugo, Celsius, DEI, Insinööritoimisto Tauno Nissinen, Lindt, Plugit and Raskone.
Eliel Saarisen tie 2 was completed in 2002 and comprises approximately 5,500 m² of lettable space. The property has 95 parking spaces. Respecta and Pylon Rakennus are among its main occupiers.
The transaction price was not disclosed.
