Logian has purchased a 65,000 m² plot from Posti at Tikkurilantie 151 in Vantaa, immediately next to Helsinki–Vantaa Airport. The site is located in Veromies, south of the airport area and close to runway 1.

According to the Finnish property transaction register, the purchase price was €15 million. The plot has 30,000 m² of building rights, which means the transaction price corresponds to €500 per building-right m². The zoning designation for the property is an industrial and warehouse building block area.

The site is one of the last locations south of the Vantaa airport area where new logistics development can be planned with significant building rights. Nearby operators include Posti’s and Schenker’s logistics centres, underlining the area’s established role as a major logistics hub.

Logian was founded by Keva, Finland’s largest earnings-related pension insurer, and Mrec Investment Management Oy. The seller in the transaction was Posti.
