Senaatti Properties has signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of the office property located at Eteläesplanadi 10 in central Helsinki. The property has been acquired jointly by Alma Property Partners and Cobbleyard Real Estate. The final deed of sale is expected to be signed in December. The property’s premises are currently vacant and were most recently used by the Ministry of Justice as office space.
The transaction price is EUR 16 million. With a total area of 5,878 m², the price equals EUR 2,722 per m².
Completed in 1910, the Apollo House is a protected Jugend-style building designed by Onni Tarjanne. Originally built for hotel, restaurant, and theatre use. Located on Eteläesplanadi, one of Helsinki’s most prestigious streets. A comprehensive renovation is planned, after which the property will continue primarily in office use, combining modern functionality with respect for its architectural character.
