
Seafarers’ Pension Fund has sold its entire residential portfolio to Premico Asuntosalkku 4 Ky, a company jointly established by Seafarers’ Pension Fund and Premico. The transaction comprises a total of 463 apartments across eight housing companies located in Helsinki, Turku, and Mariehamn.
In Helsinki, the assets are located in Pohjois-Haaga and the Kruunuvuori area and comprise 195 apartments in total. The Helsinki properties were constructed between 1959 and 2016. In Turku, the portfolio includes 46 apartments located in the harbour area, with the residential building completed in 2021. In Mariehamn, the portfolio consists of 222 apartments across four housing companies, with construction years ranging from 1966 to 1981.
The arrangement is designed to develop and increase the value of the acquired residential portfolio through jointly defined measures aligned with a shared long-term approach. Premico will be responsible for the operational management of the portfolio and will act as a partner providing expertise in residential property investment and development.
