The Growth Lab Vehkala property, nearing completion this summer, has attracted strong institutional interest, with VR Pension Fund (VR Eläkesäätiö) and the Industrial Union of Finland (Teollisuusliitto) becoming its new owners. The project was developed by noste.io and constructed by Tekova Oy.
Located near Helsinki Airport and major ring roads, Growth Lab Vehkala offers 3,000 square metres of modern, high-quality space tailored for innovative and technology-driven companies. Tenants include ALS Finland Oy, a company specializing in environmental sample analysis, and Revenio Group Corporation, a globally leading provider of ophthalmic diagnostic devices and software solutions.
Growth Lab Vehkala will feature facilities for production, research, and product development, serving the needs of business operations as well as the R&D and scientific communities.
The property is expected to be fully operational during the summer. It will also seek LEED Gold certification, confirming that it has been designed and constructed according to high-level sustainability principles.
