Nordisk Renting has acquired a newly completed truck service centre and Finnish headquarters of Scania Suomi Oy in Vantaa, Finland. The transaction value was approximately €21.5 million, corresponding to a price of €3,200/m².
The property serves as Scania’s main truck centre in Finland and accommodates the company’s Finnish headquarters. In connection with the transaction, Scania Suomi Oy will remain in the property under a long-term lease agreement.
Completed in December 2024, the 6,700 m² asset is a modern truck repair shop building that was designed and built specifically for Scania Suomi Oy. The facility supports demanding heavy-vehicle service operations while meeting high standards for functionality and sustainability.
The building is highly energy-efficient and utilises renewable energy solutions, including geothermal heating and rooftop photovoltaic panels. It has achieved an EPC A rating.
