Eden Living, a joint venture owned by Keva and Taaleri, is investing in a build-to-rent residential development project in the Niittykumpu district of Espoo, Finland. Eden Living will develop an eight-storey apartment building comprising 47 rental apartments. The property is located approximately 400 metres from the Niitty shopping centre and Niittykumpu Metro station.

The apartments are designed to accommodate a wide range of residents, including single occupants, couples and families. All apartments feature glazed balconies, while an in-apartment cooling system enhances living comfort. Residents will also have access to sauna facilities and a common area that can be reserved for private use.

The EPC A-rated building will be EU Taxonomy aligned and will utilise geothermal heating and solar energy. The BREEAM In Use environmental certification will be pursued for the property.

Construction work will commence in February, and the property will be constructed by SRV.
