Urban Partners and Pontos Group have sold a logistics terminal with a direct airside location at Helsinki Airport to SICORE Real Assets, previously known as Hansainvest.
The 15,000 m² logistics terminal is fully let to DHL Express and serves as the company’s principal express delivery facility in Finland. Its airside location enables direct integration with air freight operations.
Completed in July 2025, the logistics centre was delivered on a built-to-suit basis for DHL Express and forms an integral part of the company’s supply chain. The facility includes an automatic sorting system and 90 direct loading docks.
The building has achieved an EPC A rating and is targeting LEED Platinum and BREEAM In-Use Excellent certifications. Energy is provided through geothermal systems and rooftop photovoltaic panels, with EV charging available at every loading dock.
