Stendörren Fastigheter has acquired the warehouse property located at Yrittäjänkatu 4 in Järvenpää, Finland from S-Bank Property non-UCITS Fund (S-Pankki toimitila erikoissijoitusrahasto).
The industrial property is located in the Vähänummi industrial area of Järvenpää and comprises approximately 5,500 m² of leasable area. The property is fully leased to Auramo Oy, which operates in the manufacturing of lifting and material handling equipment. The lease has a remaining term of nine years.
The annual net operating income amounts to approximately EUR 550,000, corresponding to a net rent of EUR 8.3/m²/month based on the leasable area.
