Finnish property investor Aktiivitilat has acquired eight industrial and warehouse properties in Nurmijärvi, north of Helsinki, through four separate transactions completed between June and October 2026. The acquisitions comprise a total lettable area of 15,994 m².
The acquisitions are located in established industrial areas in Nurmijärvi, including Klaukkala and Ilvesvuori. According to Aktiivitilat, the investments are supported by the municipality’s positive development prospects, the competitive cost of industrial and production premises, and attractive property yields.
The transactions comprise the following properties:
- June 2026: Yrittäjäntie 13, comprising 5,647 m² of lettable area.
- September 2026: Ilvesvuorenkatu 7 and 9, with a combined lettable area of 2,003 m².
- October 2026: Yrittäjänkulma 6 and Yrittäjäntie 3 B in Klaukkala, totalling 3,696 m².
- October 2026: Ilvestie 3 and 5 and Otsotie 17–19, with a combined lettable area of 4,648 m².
The eight properties have a combined lettable area of 15,994 m². According to Aktiivitilat, the sites also offer additional expansion potential.
The purchase prices and sellers were not disclosed.
