Urban Partners has acquired an eight-asset logistics portfolio of more than 125,000 m² from DSV Road Oy and DSV Contract Logistics Oy. The properties, which support both domestic and international transport, are located mainly in key logistics hubs within Finland’s growth triangle.
DSV will remain as a long-term tenant across all assets, while Logicenters, Urban Partners’ logistics real estate platform, will manage the properties.
Most of the assets are modern, high-quality facilities built within the past decade. The largest properties are located in Vantaa near Helsinki Airport, and in the Tampere and Turku regions along major transport routes.
