Wulff Oy Ab, part of Wulff Group Oyj, a listed company, has signed an agreement to sell and lease back its warehouse property in Tuusula. Built in 2006, the warehouse is located in the Jussla area, just a couple of kilometers north of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The property has been sold to SCPI Eden, a French real estate investment fund managed by Advenis REIM. The transaction marks SCPI Eden’s entry into the Finnish market. Structurally, Eden is an open-ended French real estate investment fund with a diversified investment focus across Europe outside France.
The transaction value amounts to €9.6 million. As part of the deal, Wulff has entered into a 12-year lease agreement for the premises.
