Eden Asunnot Invests in a New Residential Development in Santalahti, Tampere

Eden Asunnot, a joint venture between Taaleri and Keva, is investing in a new residential apartment building to be constructed in Santalahti, Tampere. The project will comprise 58 rental apartments in a central waterfront location along Lake Näsijärvi. Construction will commence immediately, with Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi acting as the main contractor.

Santalahti in Tampere is an urban and developing residential area located approximately three kilometres from the Central Square. The development is situated next to a tram stop, providing a direct connection to Tampere city centre in approximately 10 minutes. The proximity to the city centre, combined with comprehensive local services, ensures convenient access to everyday amenities.

The building will feature a balanced mix of apartment sizes, including studios, one-bedroom units, and larger family apartments. All apartments will have private balconies. The shoreline of Santalahti offers diverse outdoor and recreational opportunities, creating a pleasant living environment. Apartments will also offer views of Lake Näsijärvi.

The project is designed to meet the EU Taxonomy criteria and will achieve Energy Class A, reflecting a high level of energy efficiency.
