Storebrand’s Henrik Bastman and Toivo Group’s Markus Myllymäki

Toivo Group Oyj has sold all shares in two residential buildings, Asunto Oy Espoon Rock and Asunto Oy Espoon Wood & Terrace, to Storebrand Nordic Real Estate II (SNRE II), a fund managed by Storebrand, Norway’s largest and oldest financial services group.

The transaction covers a modern, recently completed residential property complex located in Saunalahti, Espoo. The portfolio consists of a total of 101 apartments. The total value of the transaction is below EUR 20 million.

The buyer, Storebrand, is a long-term and established real estate investor. Storebrand Real Estate manages a property portfolio of approximately EUR 8 billion, comprising around 250 assets and more than 2 million square metres of lettable area, with a property team of 80 professionals operating across the Nordic region.

Storebrand Nordic Real Estate II is a Nordic real estate fund established in October 2025, focusing on high-quality properties with long-term return potential. Before the Espoo transaction, the fund completed its first investment with the acquisition of residential properties in Copenhagen.

Property management of the assets will be handled by Sirius Capital Partners.
