Aktiivitilat has purchased the Petikontie 5 property in Vantaa, a versatile logistics and retail asset located along Ring Road III with strong visibility. The 3,300 m² building, originally constructed in 1984, became vacant when its previous occupant, the RTV hardware store, ceased operations following the company’s bankruptcy in early 2025. The seller, Sislin Oy, swiftly re-leased the property, and it is now nearly fully occupied. The acquisition price of €5 million corresponds to €1,500 per m².
Petikko is a submarket traditionally focused on home improvement materials and furniture sales, and the area also features light industrial activity as well as car retail, supporting a diverse mix of commercial operators.
The current portfolio of Aktiivitilat includes six properties with more than 32,000 m² of lettable area and a value exceeding €33 million.
