Stendörren has acquired a big box and warehouse property in Helsinki for €12.2 million. The asset, located at Malminkartanontie 1 in Konala, offers a total leasable area of 6,800 m² and is fully let to Varuste.net on a long lease. The seller was Terrieri Kiinteistöt, managed by S-Bank Fund Management Ltd.
Completed in 2021, the building provides a modern technical standard and holds a LEED Gold environmental certificate, reflecting high performance in energy efficiency and sustainability. Varuste.net, a major Finnish outdoor-equipment retailer, operates its store, e-commerce operations and warehouse from the same facility.
The purchase price totals €12.2 million, and the annual net operating income amounts to €820,000, which results in an initial yield of approximately 6.7%. With 6,800 m² of leasable area, the transaction reflects a price of €1,800 per m².
