Balder has acquired the industrial property located at Tarhaajantie 2 in the Vaasa Airport Park area. The sellers were Famdell Oy Ab, Kvadraten Ab, and VP Facilities Oy Ab. The entire site is occupied by Oy Primo Finland Ab, an international supplier in plastic profiles and extrusion solutions.
The industrial and office facilities, totalling 11,000 m², were constructed in three phases during the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, originally serving the needs of Wärtsilä. The buildings combine extensive production space with functional office areas designed to support long-term industrial operations.
The property was acquired from Logicor in 2021, after which extensive renovation and alteration work took place in 2022 to tailor the premises to the requirements of Primo Finland.
