Kielo, Nyfosa’s 100% owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with Tekova to acquire a big-box retail property in Kuopio, Finland, for approximately €13.7 million. The property, located at Teollisuuskatu 6, is situated between Motonet and Würth stores in a well-established big-box area of the city.
The acquired property comprises a leasable area of 8,306 m2, corresponding to a purchase price of €1,650 per m2, and is fully leased to tenants including Jula, Power, Gigantti, and Musti & Mirri. The average lease term is 8.1 years from the property’s completion, which is scheduled for September 2026.
The property has a contracted annual rental income of approximately €1.47 million.
