
Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire a newly built Jula big box property in Konala, just north of central Helsinki, from property developer Hartela. The transaction is based on an underlying property value of EUR 5.5 million, corresponding to an acquisition price of €2,115 per m² and a yield of approximately 7%.
The property comprises approximately 2,600 m² of leasable area and is fully leased to the Swedish discount retailer Jula under a 10-year lease agreement. Designed and constructed specifically for Jula, the building offers a modern big box retail concept tailored to the tenant’s operational needs. Jula is scheduled to open its new store on the premises in October 2025.
The property enjoys a location in the Konala retail area, adjacent to the Ristikko shopping center.
