BNP Paribas has sold the C-building of the Bolero Business Park to Cobbleyard. The property, located at Atomitie 2 C in the Pitäjänmäki district of Helsinki, was originally completed in 2006.
The building offers a total of 5,500 square meters of lettable space. While the property has some level of vacancy, it remains a modern office asset in a well-connected business area. The C-building also houses the business park’s reception and restaurant.
According to public sources, the sales price was €1.97 million, which corresponds to a purchase price of €358 per square meter.
It is worth noting that the A and B buildings of Bolero Business Park remain in another BNP Paribas fund and were not part of this transaction. The entire Bolero complex was originally developed by Hartela in the early 2000s.
