Varma has sold the office property Avialine 1, located at Robert Huberintie 3 B in the Aviapolis district of Vantaa.
Avialine 1 offers a total lettable area of around 4,700 square meters and includes 110 parking spaces. At the time of the transaction, the property had some vacancy.
According to publicly available property transaction data, the purchase price was €2.55 million, which reflects a price of approximately €540 per square meter.
The buyer is Turun Neliöt, a family-owned real estate company.
The building was originally developed by YIT and completed in 2002. Varma acquired the property directly from the developer that same year, when it was brand new.
