Prisma Properties has entered the Finnish market by signing a portfolio management agreement with Avalor Oy, an independent real estate investment and asset management company established in 2023. Avalor focuses on value creation through active asset management and an in-depth understanding of local markets, making it a partner for Prisma’s expansion strategy. Avalor’s founder, Aleksi Lounamaa, has previously worked at companies such as Redito and Sponda in asset management roles.
Under the agreement, Avalor will support the development of Prisma’s operations in Finland by taking responsibility for property operations, facility management, and acquisition support. This collaboration marks an important step as Prisma Properties works toward building a modern, high-yielding property portfolio in the country.
Earlier this summer, Prisma Properties completed its first acquisition in Finland: a shopping center under construction in Ylivieska, purchased for more than EUR 20 million. The deal was made with WasaGroup and represents the Swedish company’s debut investment in the Finnish market.

With nearly 140 properties primarily in Sweden and Denmark, the company targets becoming a major player in the Nordic real estate market.
