Silokalliontie 6, an approximately 3,000 m² production and warehouse property in Kerava’s Myllynummi logistics and industrial hub, has been acquired by Aktiivitilat through a sale & leaseback transaction.
Previously owned and occupied by Sara-Steel Oy, the 1992-built property will continue to serve the company as leased premises.
