Stendörren Fastigheter a Swedish listed real estate company, has acquired and a warehouse property located at Kilonkartanontie 3 in Espoo, Finland, from Wulff Group Plc.
The agreed property value is EUR 6.25 million. The asset comprises a total leasable area of 3,600 square meters, resulting in a purchase price of EUR 1,728 per square meter.
The property is fully leased under a 10-year lease agreement. The annual net operating income is EUR 488,000 (EUR 11.3 per m² per month), which corresponds to an initial yield of 7.85%.
