UrbanLight Expands Logistics Portfolio with Acquisition in Vantaa

UrbanLight has announced the acquisition of a modern logistics asset located at Kisällintie 11A in the Piispankylä area of Vantaa. The property offers convenient connectivity—located close to both Ring Road III and the Tampere Motorway, two of Southern Finland’s key transport routes.

The building was completed in 2008 and comprises 7,000 m² of high-quality logistics space. Based on public records, UrbanLight acquired the property from Papru Invest Oy for EUR 11,250,000, which translates to EUR 1,607 per m². The Property is fully leased to two established logistics operators.
