Logian has entered into an agreement to purchase a logistics and production facility of approximately 15,000 square meters from TKU-Rakennus Oy. The property is located in the Leilimaa area of Raisio, adjacent to the Turku bypass road.
Construction on the site will commence immediately, with the building expected to be completed during the summer of 2026. The entire facility has been leased under a long-term agreement to a major international industrial company operating in the electrical and automation sector.
The new logistics and production center will be developed according to Logian’s sustainability-driven concept. The building is being designed to achieve at least a BREEAM “Excellent” environmental certification, demonstrating high performance in sustainable construction practices. Additionally, the completed facility will meet energy class A standards and comply with the EU Taxonomy requirements.
