UrbanLight, a joint venture founded and owned by Alma Property Partners and Alea Partners, has expanded its real estate portfolio by acquiring a modern, ESG-compliant property with an EPC rating of A in the Ristikivi district of Tuusula from Lehto Invest Oy, based on land register information.
The property at Liekonkuja 14 offers around 4,000 square meters of modern workshop and warehouse facilities. Completed in 2020, it occupies a generous plot of approximately 36,000 m². The premises are fully leased to two tenants: Lehto Rent Oy, which rents out construction equipment and machinery, and Tracwest Oy, a company focused on the import and rental of heavy machinery.
