
Aktiivitilat has expanded its investment portfolio with the acquisition of two logistics buildings located at Tikkurilantie 140 in Vantaa, adjacent to Helsinki Airport.
The property comprises two separate buildings completed in 1999, offering a total of 11,242 m² of leasable space. The acquisition from Ilmarinen reflects Aktiivitilat’s focus on assets with development potential.
One of the buildings will become vacant at the turn of the year, opening the opportunity for re-leasing and value creation. The property’s core features—loading docks, spacious yards, drive-through access, clear internal flow, ceiling height, and floor load capacity—support its strong leasing appeal. The second building is fully leased to a food production operator and customized for that use, providing stable income.
Ilmarinen continues to refine its portfolio toward other asset types, making the transfer of this development-oriented property a strategic fit for both parties.
