The combined leasable area of the two properties amounts to approximately 8,000 square meters. Both assets are leased to the Finnish discount retail chain Puuilo.
The property in Porvoo is located in the Kuninkaanportti commercial area at Ratsumestarinkatu 4. The Kotka property is situated in the Jumalniemi district at Juvalniementie 4,
