OP Kiinteistösijoitus has sold two grocery properties to HOK-Elanto. HOK-Elanto was the tenant in both properties prior to the transaction.
The first property, an S-Market grocery store, is located at Juvankartanontie 33 in Juvanmalmi, a commercial and industrial area in northern Espoo. The building was originally completed in 2012, with a expansion of approximately 500 ²m completed in the fall of 2023. The total floor area of the property is approximately 2,100 m²s. The Juvanmalmi asset was sold on behalf of Pohjola Vakuutus Oy.
The second property, another S-Market grocery store, is located at Mustalahdentie 2 in Vuosaari, a residential district in eastern Helsinki. The property was constructed in 2016 and it has a lettable area of 2,200 m². In addition to the grocery store, the property includes a pharmacy. This transaction was sold on behalf of Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky.
Earlier in 2024, OP vuokratuotto special investment fund sold the Niitty shopping center in Espoo to HOK-Elanto.
